12th Grade Art Class

Monique took no more art classes after 4th grade in Kamagaya until her senior year at Sutherland Secondary School. This is one of her assignments from that class.

I remember the painting of flowers. I remember helping her pick out colours as we sat next to each other in the art class. She was very proud of it and I saw it hanging on her wall a few months later. I remember her as a very innocent person. I told her one day that she was the only person I know that lived their life to the fullest. I was very envious of that.
